One of the most striking features of our JAVA parasol is that is holds the FSC certification, which demonstrates our involvement in the reforestation of the planet and the responsible consumption of products derived from wood. Made in varnished eucalyptus wood, this certification confirms that the forest the wood was obtained from is managed in a more environmentally friendly way, preserving the biodiversity and benefiting the local people and workers. 

This isn’t the only reason that JAVA is one of the most sustainable parasols at Ezpeleta and on the market in general. It is also worth noting that it is made with 100% recyclable OLEFIN fabric, which also adds other positive characteristics like a resistance to sunlight or stains. In fact, our JAVA parasol holds the UV STANDARD 801 certification with a UPF rating of 80, which guarantees the skin’s protection against the harmful effects of UV rays.
