2025 is a year of celebration for us, as we are 90 years old. A great milestone that motivates us to continue with our commitment to innovation in the design and manufacture of outdoor furniture for the hospitality and contract sectors.
From our beginnings in 1935, when we started out as artisan umbrella manufacturers, to becoming a benchmark in the design of outdoor furniture and patio umbrellas, our evolution has been constant. This has been possible thanks to the efforts of a great team, the loyalty of our customers and our commitment to functional design with a clear focus on sustainability.

In addition, the Madeira, Menorca and New Toscana models stand out, parasols that set the trend thanks to their fringed or frilly design and their two-colour or striped fabric, in modern retro-inspired tones that take us to the most sophisticated beaches of the Mediterranean.

A look back at our 90-year history
As this is a special year, we wanted to share some of the most important milestones in our history. From our beginnings in 1935 manufacturing handmade umbrellas in Oñati (Basque Country), to our international expansion in the contract furniture and terrace furniture sectors.
We are a 100% family company, currently led by the third generation of the Ezpeleta family. However, we would not be here without the effort and dedication of our team, many of whom have been with us for decades, forming a real family.
