Porto, like many other European cities, boasts an enormous historical heritage which has been subjected to extensive modernisation in recent years. Its historic centre was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, although it is also home to many other tourist-cultural attractions. These include Clérigos Tower, the House of Music and Serralves Foundation, Portugal’s most visited museum of contemporary art.
On the shores of the Duero and Tâmega rivers and less than one hour from Porto's historic centre, lies the municipality of Marco de Canaveses. Here you can find Quinta de Santo António, a restored country house from the 1940's, whose aim is to offer a real riverside village experience. It is a place set aside for rest and relaxation, where you can also experience being in contact with its people, its flavours and the local landscapes.
Alongside our distributor, we were able to select various Ezpeleta products for the pool area of this sophisticated accommodation. The VILA sun lounger was chosen to distribute throughout the pool area, together with the VILA side table and the AQUA cushion, aiming to offer guests maximum comfort. The taupe colour was chosen for all of the products, achieving uniformity with the natural surroundings and thereby blending with the earthy tones of the landscape.
Taking Porto’s mild oceanic climate into account, with pleasantly warm and sunny summers, we chose to complete the pool area with parasols. The EOLO parasol was chosen, also in taupe with black fabric. An elegant yet functional choice for this idyllic location.
