Description

The hotel, situated by Do Carril beach and with private access to it, is housed within a stately building which still maintains many of the characteristic elements of the typical Galician palatial buildings.

In these premises, stretching almost 10,000m2, the vastness of the sea combines with the verdure of its gardens, and a priceless historic value. We are referring to the collection of 101 heraldic carvings scattered around its gardens and battlemented walls, considered Galicia’s largest exhibition of noble coats of arms and which give the hotel its name.

Hotel Pazo los Escudos consists of three buildings: Pazo (Country House) Building, Los Escudos (Coat of Arms) Building and “Casa Lago”(Lake House), which houses the spa and swimming pool.

With the aim of updating their outdoor areas and giving them a fresher and more modern touch, the hotel chose Ezpeleta furniture and parasols in white, to provide light and calmness.

Each space presents its own specific needs. Aware of this, and in order to respond to the establishment’s demands in the best way possible, our distributor has chosen and combined different models of Ezpeleta furniture and parasols.

In an area near to the newest extension of the hotel, where it was necessary to take maximum advantage of the space available, they used QUATRO high tables with ATTIC stools and FARO 2x2 metre parasols, with an Inox steel structure and fibreglass rods, both materials highly suited to sea environments like this one.

In another area, nearer to the main stone façade, they opted for QUATRO tables with LAND armchairs, a great option for adding a more sophisticated and elegant touch to this area. The high quality Phifertex® fabric used on the LAND chairs is antibacterial, resistant to humidity and very easy to maintain, which is always a huge advantage in hotel spaces that are well used and where quality is always a priority.

This area of the terrace has been completed with the 100% recyclable EOLO parasol, made using OLEFIN fabric, offering a strong resistance to sunlight and with UV standard 801 rating which guarantees protection for the skin.

Finally, the pool area features the VILA sun lounger and its side table as the star of the show. VILA perfectly meets the needs of both the hotel’s customers and the workers, guaranteeing maximum comfort and functionality: it is foldable in 5 positions, stackable, lightweight and extremely robust. Its legs made in fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene stand out, providing extra strength and stability both on grass and stone. In addition, its seat made with Phifertex® fabric features all of the above advantages, guaranteeing comfort and is very easy to clean and maintain.

Together with VILA, the IBIZA daybed was installed, in its high format and facing the sea, for an unforgettable experience. IBIZA is the queen of outdoor beds: as comfortable as it is robust, it combines high quality lacquered aluminium with polyamide connecting pieces to add strength; sunshade made with  Dralon® fabric, acrylic which is particularly suited to the outdoors; and a mattress made with nautical fabric, which is very easy to clean. 

Thanks to this Ezpeleta installation, a fresh, welcoming and relaxing ambience has been created around the stone building of Hotel Pazo los Escudos.
